Society
In this section, I have included a page on what I find is a very important subject: A Good Society. In my opinion, it is characterized by little economic inequality, free basic education, healthcare, and neutral, fact-oriented media.
A happy nation
Every year, the United Nations publishes the World Happiness Report, which identifies the world’s happiest countries. Finland has triumphed again as the happiest nation —for the fourth year in a row!
Democracy is good
Rule by openness, confidence, creativity, cooperation, and truthfulness – in short, always tell THE REAL TRUTH and always find the best possible solutions. Democracy means a government for the people, by the people. What this really means is service to the people, by the people.
Autocracy is extremely hazardous
Autocracy involves ruling by mistrust, censorship, disinformation, indoctrination, and propaganda. This means to FABRICATE “THE TRUTH” according to the wishes of the leader, disregarding the real truth.

Female strengths
An increasing number of women reach high positions in society. This is good, especially because female strengths add substantial benefit to the overall functioning of society.
Avoid war
War is a hopelessly stupid man-made disaster
It is of paramount importance to avoid war – at any price. You may disagree with this. However, my view is that any revenge or retaliation will only make things worse – many more lives lost and much more destruction – also in your world.
Handle conflict
It is important to handle conflict. Conflict is natural and happens in every ongoing relationship. Since conflict is unavoidable we must learn to manage it. Conflict is a sign of a need for change and an opportunity for growth, new understanding, and improved communication. Conflict can not be resolved unless it is addressed with the appropriate individual(s).
Religion-free public space
Religion should always be kept out of the public space
Using a specific religion as a rule of law to govern a society is a seriously damaging misuse of religion. It will lead to major problems in society including confrontation between different religious groups.
Religion can guide individuals in defining good and bad behavior. However, we need only The Golden Rule: “Do not do to others what you would not like done to yourselves.”
Persons
Those are remarkable persons who have contributed considerably to humanity.
They may not be those, who are most famous or accepted by the elite within their field, but those who despite poor odds and difficult circumstances – by their own initiatives and efforts – have followed their very own original path in life and in this way produced original and most valuable art or information for the benefit of all people.

• Paul Fischer, “The Copenhageners’ painter”. On the page, you can read his biography and see a large selection of his paintings.
• Piet Hein, was a Danish scientist, mathematician, inventor, designer, author, and poet. On the page are his biography and a selection of his short poems (“Grooks”) in English.
• Thor Heyerdahl, a Norwegian adventurer who became known for his Kon-Tiki expedition sailing across the Pacific Ocean in a hand-built raft.
• Erich Maria Remarque, a novelist especially famous for his novel All Quiet on the Western Front (Im Westen Nichts Neues).
