The Neural Network Program by ECstep is a very effective and user-friendly program, which allows you to develop your own neural net to predict the most likely outcome given a certain data profile. More on neural networks here.

ECstep’s Personal Nutrition Data Program

The very user-friendly Personal Nutrition Data Program by ECstep can help you find the healthiest food. It can increase your awareness of important nutrients. It has the potential to improve your health.

Check the nutrient content of your favorite recipes. Maybe you can improve them to make them even more nutritious.

The program has many facilities and it is very easy to use.

The program uses a downloaded version of the free public USDA National Nutrient Database provided by the United States Department of Agriculture.

The database includes information on about 150 nutrients (including the macronutrients, minerals, vitamins, fatty acids, and amino acids) in more than 8000 food items.

Sudoku Instructions Program by ECstepSudoku is one of the most popular puzzle games of all time. The goal of Sudoku is to fill a 9×9 grid with numbers so that each row, column, and 3×3 box contain all of the digits between 1 and 9. Sudoku is an excellent brain game. If you play Sudoku daily, you will soon start to see improvements in your concentration and overall brain power.

Sudoku is a fun puzzle game once you get the hang of it. At the same time, learning to play Sudoku can be a bit intimidating for beginners.

Consequently, I have made a very user-friendly sudoku program for you: Sudoku Instructions, which has a wealth of features helping you to become an expert in the game.
